WSG meeting: Twenty Years after "Anarchy and Dictation" - In Search of New Units

Information about the speakers:

Dr. Wolfram Domke is head of the rheingold akademie in Cologne, lecturer or associate lecturer at several universities and has been working as an analytical intensive care practitioner in his own practice for over 30 years. He is angry that he was not allowed to go to the stadium last Saturday (3 October) because he and the other FC fans would certainly have been able to prevent the unjust defeat against Gladbach.

Prof. Dr. Herbert Fitzek After studying psychology, he initially worked for several years as a freelance psychotherapist, coach and organizational consultant. Since 2010, Prof. Dr. Herbert Fitzek has been active as Vice Rector Research in the university management of the BSP Business School Berlin, is involved in national and international projects and cooperations and is the author of 10 monographs as well as numerous articles and book contributions.

The Psychologist Stephan Grünewald from Cologne is founder of the market and media research institute rheingold. Grünewald became a bestselling author with the books "Deutschland auf der Couch" (2006) and "Die erschöpfte Gesellschaft" (2013) as well as "Wie tickt Deutschland" (2019), among others. Since this year he has been a member of the "Expertenrat Corona" of the North Rhine-Westphalian government and is in great demand for numerous interviews.

Dipl. Psych. Franz Arnold studied business administration and psychology in Cologne (with additional training in intensive analytical consulting) after completing an apprenticeship as a butcher and a second educational path. After several years of practice as a personnel consultant, he founded EVOLOG Beratungsgesellschaft in 1985 and has been working as a management consultant for personnel and organisational development ever since.

Gemina Picht studied Business Psychology at the BSP and Organizational and Social Psychology at the Master's in London. Her research focus lies in the area of psychological conditions in organizations. She is currently a long term staff member of FUTURZWEI - a non-profit foundation dedicated to the project of a sustainable, disengageable, open society.

Gudrun Schoppe is a psychologist, activist and (co-)initiator of art actions and cultural and socio-political events. In the past she has worked as a lecturer for applied psychology at various universities. She is a member of the non-profit cultural association Neu am See e.V., a future laboratory, with which she initiated and organized, among other things, the artistic mass performance 1000GESTALTEN for the G20 summit; a project that spread virally in the leading media worldwide and was shared by millions.

Dr. Susan Hinterding is a graduate psychologist and has worked as a coach and qualitative market researcher since her studies in Cologne. Since 2008 she has been teaching at the Business School Berlin and organizes the lecture series 'Business Psychology in Practice'. Her main areas of research are: Working World 4.0, Educational Research, Innovation Research, Employer Branding, Generation Y, Digitization of Medium-Sized Businesses. She is co-founder and managing director of Quer & Krumm Market Research and Management Consulting in Berlin.

Carl Vierboom After his studies in Cologne, he was initially a research assistant at the Federal Highway Research Institute and worked on projects in traffic, market and social research. He then went into business for himself with Vierboom & Partner // Business Psychologists, specialising in market/impact research, project consulting and organisational development. Since 2020 he has been a member of the board of the WSG.

Prof. Dr. Birgit Stöber has many years of international experience at the interface of media, science and politics with positions at the Berliner Zeitung, Copenhagen University, Copenhagen Business School, the Royal Danish Embassy in Berlin and the Office of the Federal President. Since autumn 2018 she has been Professor of Communications Management at the BSP Business School Berlin.
