Franz Arnold, founder of the EVOLOG consulting firm, was in the Wilhelm Salber Library as a guest. On the basis of a concept developed by himself since 1985, he explained the extent to which psychological morphology orients his professional activity and how he specifically structures his approach. He drew attention to the analogies to psychotherapeutic treatment, but also pointed out the extent to which their concepts must be modified in the field of management consulting. Psychology - according to one conclusion - cannot be directly "sold" in business life. EVOLOG consultants speak the language of their clients and understand the processes relevant to them. At the same time, however, they seek - as it were with a difference in perspective - to initiate company-relevant development processes.
